You either have to do the job all by yourself , in other words devote a lot of your precious time to looking after your Virtual Private Server, or, alternatively, you need to deploy a 3rd–party solution whose only task will be to keep an eye on your VPS. And that is precisely where our Managed Services offer will help you out. Thanks to it, your VPS will be entered in our own custom monitoring software system, which will keep an eye on all the critical processes. And in case of any service problem, our skilled sysadmins will be informed immediately and they will rectify the matter as fast as possible.

Weekly Backups

Having a backup copy of all your data is essential – you never know when something could go wrong. And having signed for our Managed Services offer, you will take advantage of regular backups of your whole VPS, not just of your content, without you needing to install or configure anything. Furthermore the backups are always saved on a server with many RAID–configured hard drives. In other words, your data will always be safe and sound, irrespective of what happens.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Using a VPS Plan, you will have absolute freedom to run any script or service on your server. Yet, some scripts are more difficult to run and may require some extra setup from you. This is where our Managed Services deal can help you out. It features thirty minutes of installation & problem–solving duties – it means that you’ll be able to literally employ one of our competent server administrators for thirty minutes and have him assist you with the installation of any kind of software whatsoever that you want. And/or have him rectify a problem that you’re having with your Virtual Private Server.

The Managed Services solution comes bundled with most of our OpenVZ VPS Plans and it is an extra feature for the KVM VPS Plans.
